Canby School District utilizes Edupoint’s Synergy Student Information System. Access to the StudentVue and ParentVue components of the product are available to students and parents.
If you are a parent and need your account activation letter, please use the online form Click Here. Email noted on this form must match the information in our system. If your email does not match what we have on our system, we will send your activation letter to your home address on file via US Postal mail. Please allow up to 3 school days for a return email or letter. If your request does not come through within a few days please check your “Junk” mail before contacting the school or submitting a new request.
The parent activation letter will include a website address along with an activation code that will need to be entered exactly to signup for an account. See attachment below for details.
If students are needing StudentVue login information they will need to get them at the school’s tech department located inside the library (High School), or Front office (Middle School).
Parents, to ensure we have the most up-to-date information in our system, please double check all information on the Student Verification Report and the Emergency Contact form for each student when you receive them from your student's school(s).
